These rules apply to anyone using Cave Creek Bike Park:

- USE CAUTION. Ride at your own risk and stay in control. RCW 4.24.210
- Trails may be steep, unstable, uneven, and subject to hazards.
- Inspect all jumps and features prior to riding.
- Watch for people and farm animals.
- Helmets required. Full face helmets and protective pads recommended.
- You are responsible for your safety.
- Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or smoking permitted in any form.
- Stay clear of landing areas. Do not block the trails.
- Stay alert and communicate. Always pass on the left!
- Be a role model. Be respectful, courteous, and kind.
- Watch out for younger cyclists and anyone learning.
- No reckless behavior. Never endanger others. Wait your turn.
- No profanity, bullying, or disruptive noise. This is a shared park.
- Leave no trace. Pack out what you packed in. Be a steward of the land!
- No tagging, graffiti, or defacing the park.
- No motorized vehicles of any kind permitted beyond Jennings Road.
- NO PETS ALLOWED. Cave Creek Bike Park is located on a working ranch.
